To ensure we can provide the highest-quality service, our online booking system only allows bookings at least two weeks in advance. This timeframe gives us enough time to schedule your delivery, source any required stock, and plan your setup to perfection.
If your event is less than two weeks away, don’t worry—we may still be able to accommodate you! Simply screenshot your cart and send it to us via WhatsApp. This will allow us to:
- Check immediate availability.
- Discuss any required customisations.
- Finalize delivery details.
- Arrange for payment.

The float time of helium balloons depends on several factors, including the type of balloon and how they are cared for after delivery. On average:
- Standard 12" latex balloons can float for 8-12 hours.
- Standard 18" latex balloons can float for 2-days or more.
- Foil balloons can float for 3-5 days or longer, depending on their size and shape.
For latex balloons, we highly recommend upgrading to our helium gel treatment, which helps balloons float for up to 2-3 days. This treatment significantly extends float time and is perfect for events lasting more than a day.
However, it’s important to note that float time can be reduced by:
- Exposure to heat or direct sunlight (causing balloons to expand and burst).
- Cold environments (causing helium to shrink temporarily).
- Rough handling or contact with sharp objects.
Once balloons leave our care, their longevity depends on how they are handled and the environment they’re kept in. We advise storing them in a cool, indoor space and keeping them away from extreme temperatures, sharp surfaces, and outdoor conditions.
Please keep these factors in mind to ensure the best results for your balloons. While we provide high-quality products and optional gel treatments to maximize float time, the ultimate care of the balloons is the client’s responsibility.

Helium gel is a special treatment applied to latex balloons to significantly extend their float time. Without helium gel, 11-12" latex balloons typically float for 8-12 hours, but with this treatment, they can last up to 2-3 days under ideal conditions.
The gel works by coating the inside of the balloon, creating a barrier that slows the escape of helium. This makes it an excellent choice for events that require balloons to stay afloat for longer periods or when setting up decorations in advance.

Yes, we always fully set up your balloon decorations at your venue or event to ensure everything looks absolutely perfect. Our professional team takes care of all the details during the installation, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Please note:
- We do not return to pop balloons or clean up after the event. Once we leave and you confirm you’re happy with the setup, the balloon decorations become your responsibility.
- If your booking includes hire items, such as stands or walls, we will return to collect them at the agreed time.
Our goal is to deliver a seamless and stunning setup so you can focus on enjoying your event. If you have specific post-event needs, feel free to discuss them with us ahead of time!

Over time, balloons—especially latex ones—can develop a cloudy or matte appearance due to oxidation. This happens when the balloons are exposed to oxygen, sunlight, heat, or humidity, causing the latex to break down and lose its original shine. Oxidation is most noticeable in outdoor setups where environmental factors play a larger role.
To help maintain the glossy look of your balloons, we recommend upgrading to our Balloon Shine Treatment for garland-style decorations. This treatment includes a special protective spray that enhances the shine and provides a barrier against oxidation, making your balloons look fresher and last longer even in outdoor conditions.
While no treatment can completely stop natural wear over time, Balloon Shine significantly slows the process, ensuring your setup remains vibrant throughout your event. For optimal results, we also suggest placing balloons in shaded areas and minimizing exposure to extreme weather.

Yes, we collect all hire items such as stands, shimmer walls, or backdrops at the agreed time after your event. Please ensure the items are ready for collection in the same condition they were delivered to ensure you receive your deposit reimbursement.
The standard hire timeframe is for next day collection but please feel free to discuss with our team if you are wanting the items for longer.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the care of any hire items during their event. If an item is damaged or lost, repair or replacement costs will apply, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

We offer both luxury fresh roses and high-quality artificial roses for your events. Fresh roses are perfect for same-day setups, while artificial roses are ideal for longer-lasting displays or outdoor events.

Yes, we deliver and set up decorations at outdoor venues. However, outdoor setups are subject to environmental factors like heat, wind, and sunlight, which can affect balloon durability.
For outdoor events, we recommend our Balloon Shine Treatment for longevity.
We do not recommend helium balloons for outdoor events, other than orb pool decoration.

For smaller orders, pickup may be possible from our Production City location depending on the setup type. However, we highly recommend delivery and professional setup for larger installations to ensure everything is perfect.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clarity for all bookings:
A refund can be provided if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the event date – however the bank/card payment charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. The deduction will be 3% of the total refund amount + AED 1.5.
If cancellation is made within 3 days (72hours) of your event, 25% of the full price will be retained – the remaining amount of your deposit can be refunded less card payment/ bank transfer charges which equates to 3% of the total refund amount + AED 1.5.
No refund will be provided if the event is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery. In some cases we may be able to provide store credit at our discretion to be used for a future booking within 6 months, dependent on scheduling availability.
